Service. Your simple adjustment has made a huge difference in my bike's shifting performance. Upshifting from 2 - 6 for a high speed parkway merge was butter smooth. Going through the gears on the back roads was rock solid with no missed shifts.

I needed a couple of cerclips for wrist pin on a 72 ts125 suzuki. I used the Text option. Got a response that they have them in stock, but too far away to make it before closing time.

He offered to leave the parts in the mailbox and trusted me to leave the money (Friday night of memorial day weekend). The parts were in mailbox with invoice. I threw in an extra 5 bucks for his trouble. Now I can assemble the motor this weekend.Thanks again.

Great experience at Dutchess Rec - can't say enough about the good customer service received at the shop. We recently purchased a side by side and a dirt bike with Matt's help. He was great at answering questions - knowledgeable about the vehicles and able to point us in the right direction. We are really happy with the purchases and will come back in the future.
